*32 (blacklist last caller) not working

I have two systems that *32 does not work. message "unidentified or with held". Purple Piaf 1.7.5.6 FPBX 2.9.0.7 Asterisk 1.8.5.0 and Red PIAF 1.7.5.6 FPBX 2.8.1.4 Asterisk 10.0.0-beta1. any suggestions?

What happens when you press *32 or *32# ? Do you get the initial message asking you to confirm?

no *32 plays recording playing unidentified or with held and therefore can't be called back
*32# gives fast busy

Hmm..on mine the blacklist works as normal (1.7.5.6 * 1.8.6.0). Is your caller ID working?

Upgraded 1 system to Asterisk 1.8.6.0 and blacklist last caller is working.
