I am looking for an external teir 3 support provider available on an as needed basis. Ideally i would like to find one in Sydney or Australia but if there are none then an overseas option is ok.
My management are using the lack of external support as a reason to drop the PIAF pbx that is currently running. Being able to come back to them and say there is X number of companies available at X rates would save this installation and potentially tens of thousands in a new pbx.
