57i - Blank Screen

Hi,

I'm having a problem with a 57i, phone was working totally fine for several weeks, then this morning the screen just went completely blank.
Backlight is still on, phone can still be called, can make outgoing calls, just there is no text on the screen.
Anyone have any ideas before I return it?

Never seen this before. I would contact Aastra as it sounds like hardware issue with your unit.
