I have PIAF with 15 Aastra 57i phones. One of the phones is loosing registration. The rest are fine.
It can still make calls, just not receive. I can reboot it and it is fine for a while. I've bumped up the Transaction Timer to 5000 on the phone itself (advanced settings under global sip) and that seems to have helped keep the phone registered longer.
Internet connection is fine. The one SIP connection we have is fine.
Any ideas on what I should check next?
Another problem I've been told about is two of the phones, on occasion, when a call is transferred to them, the phone double beeps and is automatically answered via speaker phone. I have not witnessed it myself and it doesn't seem to be reproducible. I checked the phones' settings and I don't see where such a feature would even be offered.
Our receptionist (who is usually the culprit when phone problems arise) swears she isn't doing anything different.
I guess my question is: has anyone heard of something like this before?
