6731i not answering call when lifting the handset in ringing state

Hi,
I am using a 6731i cloud hosted. When it rings I lift the handset but it keeps ringing just like if the hook switch was stuck. If I hit the hookswitch hard enough, I get the call. Thinking it was a hardware issue I replaced the phone. The second phone has that same issue. I can answer handsfree but not the usual way. I verified with the cloud hosting provider and been told all is good on their side. Anybody has a clue ??

You got two defective phones that broke in the same way that a lot of Aastra's do?

Finally, you can forget my request. My phone is now working OK. It seems like this problem was related to another problem I had which was a bad Time and Date showing on the phone screen. I changed the Time server Ip addresses in the Provisionning and now Time and Date is good as well as my answering problem. I have no clue why this ringing issue was related to Time and Date. But it's working good now, and that's what counts. Thanks anyway
