6739i and DHSG

Just received our first Aastra 6739i and have been putting it through it's paces.

Has anyone managed to get the DHSG headset feature working? - we have tried a few models of headset, but no luck getting it to go off/on hook.
It works manually, but that is not the point of DHSG (EHS).

bluetooth headset, right?

I know...silly question. If bluetooth, may want to test bluetooth headset with cell phone to see if that works, then come back to 6739i.

Thanks for the response - it isn't a bluetooth headset but a regular Jabra wireless unit.

After contacting Aastra tech support, it looks like only specific models of headsets are supported (although no mention of this is made anywhere).

Using a bluetooth headset actually works quite well, unfortunately, I prefer the sound quality and comfort of the Jabra headset.
