a2billing not passing outbound callerid

After many problems, I finally got a2billing 1.3 setup.

In a provider mode (not as a calling card, the users connect directly through SIP).

I am able to force the caller ID to be a particular one by setting it in the a2billing SIP settings.

But I want it to pass on the caller ID the is set in the customers freepbx as outbound caller ID.

It appears as the number is being passed to as the calleridname:
a2billing.php,1: [agi_calleridname] => 6505551212
