Having restarted the machine and force an FSCK

I now get

hmmm followed that…

root@tel:~ $ dahdi_genconf –v
Illegal name '–v'
root@tel:~ $ dahdi_cfg –v
root@tel:~ $ cp /var/www/html/admin/modules/dahdiconfig/etc/chan_dahdi.conf /etc/asterisk/chan_dahdi.conf.hold
root@tel:~ $ mv /etc/asterisk/chan_dahdi.conf.hold /etc/asterisk/chan_dahdi.conf
root@tel:~ $ dahdi_scan
root@tel:~ $ dahdi_cfg
root@tel:~ $ dahdi_cfg -v

did genconf again with verbose logging…

What does "lsdahdi" show? What does /etc/dahdi/system.conf show? How about "dmesg | grep dahdi"?
 
I did all the steps again, restarted, did them all again and restarted again and then…..

It worked…. Perfectly….
So thanks the link Brian posted did the trick after a few attempts.
