Hi All Aastra GURU's,
I have 2 57i's that went wonky on me after a power failure. For the most part, they work fine. but the outgoing audio is not working.
I have tried replacing the cord and handset. still the same. I have tried to downgrade and upgrade the firmware. Still no joy. I even tried the web upload. Still the same.
I heard that there was a possible solution by re-installing the boot loader. But I can't seem to find anyone who can help me try this.
Anyone know how to do this or know of a solution? Very odd that this happened to 2 phones at 2 different locations on 2 different PBX's.
