Aastra 57i - Drop/Xfer/Conf on 2nd page?

All was working fine, but after making some changes today I seem to have created a mysterious side-effect...

While in a call, the Drop/Xfer/Conf buttons require a "More" to get to. When the call connects, the lower panel is blank except for "More", and pressing that shows the Drop/Xfer/Conf. Previously in the day they were working fine and on the first screen where I think they should be.

Any idea what I did to make this happen and how to undo it? I don't even see where these are configured, either on the phone Web UI or FreePBX.

An additional data point . . .

Must be something I added that is causing an additional notification to be sent out or something, because after dialing the extension the display is updated to show the name, extension, and status (presence). When I hit More it removes this and shows the Drop/Xfer/Conf items. So they really aren't moved to a second page, I am just getting a presence page first which I would like to remove if I can figure out how I got it there in the first place.

[UPDATE: The presence screen does go away, but it would be nice to shorten the time, I don't remember this being here earlier...]
