AASTRA 6755 and PBX

Hello all.
I have an old AASTRA 6755 that inspired me and my daughter to make our own PBX system based on asterisk and freePBX on a raspberry pi 3b+.

The thing is just that the device only have a RJ11 connection so i got me a Cisco Linksys PAP2T adapter.
So now it lights up.
But that's it.

I can't get a tone in the phone.
And the display is empty.
I have testet with a wireless phone kit and that one gets a tone..

So is there a setting i have don wrong, missing og is it not supported in the way i have set it up?

The old one I have has 2 10/100 ethernet ports.

Mine have a 2 par (4 wire) RJ11 in the back and a RJ45 under the device to a headset.
And of course a RJ11 for the handset...
