Aastra Visual Voicemail problem

I have a new PBXinaFlash system ready to deploy. Everything is working great except the Aastra visual voicemail XML feature. On the Aastra 57i phones I can view the voicemails, see all info about the voicemail, but when I press "play" the word "Loading..." flashes on the screen for 1/2 a second and then nothing. No errors.

My httpd error_log shows this when I press "play":

Here is what the CLI shows when I press play:

== Manager 'admin' logged on from 127.0.0.1
== Manager 'admin' logged off from 127.0.0.1


I do not know where else to look? Is there another log file I can view? I followed the NV article to setup my Aastra phones. I have searched these and other forums and now do not know where to go. Thanks in advance for any help!

If i am posting in the wrong area please advise. Is there no one who knows how to troubleshot these XML applications. I am not seeing any significant errors in the CLI or httpd log. Obviously something is failing somewhere. Please Help!

Are you using the old script or the new script? Old script had one version of vmail.php that didn't work and also required a newer version of one of the other scripts as I recall.

If you go through this procedure it should work. At the very least I would check the permissions.

Thanks for responding. I followed the directions in the link you suggested but still get exact same response in the httpd log and in the asterisk CLI. There must be some error somewhere? Is there any other log files I should be looking in or any way to debug these phones/xml apps?

Did you figure this out? I am getting the exact same messages on my new pbxiaf box.
