Adding Providers

Ok, I now have incredible pbx up and working in and outbound with sipgate and Google voice and i want to add in Vitelity for an inbound DID and out- bound calling. Do I add them to the default outbound route and what dial pattern do I use and where do I add to?
I would like to be able to dial out with GV/sigate, and Vitelity so how do I make this happen? Thanks

I know that the Incredible PBX makes it easy to get going, but you need to have a little more understanding of your system. This question indicates you really don't know much about it. We've all started someplace and had to read up on things before coming to the forum for help.
