Advantfax front end login issue

I am using the latest version of PIAF and while there are issues with the resident fax module, I am testing Hylafax/Advantfax . However, I constantly experience login issues on the front end of Advantfax, wrong password or username.
I get in to Webmin with no problem and can view the HylaFAX server and everything that comes with it

Is there a way to default the Advantfax settings?

I went into phpMyAdmin and saw the advantfax database....but left well enough alone - not going down that road again lol....
