ALERT after upgrade script to 1.8.22.0

I get this
Symlink from modules failed

retrieve_conf failed to sym link:
/etc/asterisk/cel_odbc.conf from cdr/etc (Already exists, not a link)
/etc/asterisk/cel.conf from cdr/etc (Already exists, not a link)
dont jnow how to fix this everything seems to be working ok but really dont know if this is going to be an issue, does anyone can help me please to fix this message I would rather not have it at all of course.

This happened after 2.11 freepbx upgrade as well

And also when i do amportal restart it hangs I have to do amportal kill or it will go on forever please help

What I did is deleted those files and voila problem fixed on the amportal restart problem I am still there thank you for your time and response

No it dosent stop at all

no never stop after the countdown it says trying to force stop amportal but cant do it so just keeps doing whatever it was doing

Is it safe to upgrade the freepbx framework? To 2.11.0.2?
