AGI on Call Answer, Transfer, and Call End?

I've created custom destination that executes an AGI script that updates remote MySQL table. Then I ring all extensions by sending the call on to ring group 777. I can't figure out how to determine which extension answers.

I want to determine which extension anwers the ring group and then update the remote table with another AGI. Do I create another destination?

I hope to do the same for transfers and when the call ends.
