All Circuits are busy now

I am having trouble placing two concurrent outgoing calls on my Rhino zaptel card. The first call goes out fine, but if channel 1 is busy then I get a message that all circuits are busy, try again later. I have been using this box for several months with no problems. A second incoming call comes through normally, but I can;t place a call while there is a call on zap01.

Due to a problem related to port 3 on my zaptel card I am RMAing the card. When I unplug the line from this port, I am able to make concurrent calls again. Odd, I guess I will see whats up when my new card arrives.

don't know if this will help or not, but I've heard that message in cases where the number being dialed was actually busy. instead of a busy signal, I got the "all circuits busy" message. just a thought.

Isn't zap01 pointing to channel 1? Shouldn't you being using g0 or g1 (groups) and have your ports configured as part of the group?
