SOLVED All "Other" Menu Items Prompt for Login?

I've done a recent install on a Raspberry Pi 3 and I've successfully setup the incoming with a new Vitelity account so I was moving on to do some editing. When I am logged in as admin to the Incredible PBX GUI and pick any of the menu items under the heading "Other" I am prompted to login again. Nothing I enter works (admin or root), but I can still click on any other menu/sub item not under "Other" without issue. Am I doing something wrong. Thanks for any tips.
