Hello. I need a SIP trunk for Poland, Italy, Spain, and Israel. The traffic will be gray (crypto investments), and short calls are possible. I only need an outgoing line with a random pool of local numbers so that I don’t have to purchase DIDs. The expected volume is 7,000+ minutes of calls per day. Can your company provide services for this request?

I am not sure about Isreal, but Poland, Italy and Spain are EU countries and common EU telecom regulations require that outbound calls with CID are "callable in return to the outbound call originator". So, you DO need to own the DIDs which will be used for your calls. Otherwise it's caller id spoofing, it's illegal and in EU it is dealt with rather swiftly. Also, if your calls get made from outside of EU, you cannot use a EU country caller ID to call a number in EU or elsewhere, even if you've managed to buy or rent the DID number in question. It would fall under "illegal use of European Union phone numbers". This is one of the pearls of the EU telecom laws.
