We have a small script that makes confirmation calls, but we're having a hard time when it comes to dealing with AMD.
It's a basic script that says something like Your appt is at 2PM tomorrow, press 1 to confirm or 2 to speak to a rep (send to queue).
We have AMD turned on, and if it's certain it's a machine, it will leave off the request to press a button.
I'm told there's no easy way of starting/restarting when we hear a Answering Machine beep. Are there a better way to handle this?

Thanks,

Charles
