Registration mode PBX no longer gets calls. All incoming calls are going to the alternate PSTN numbers.
I wonder if anyone is in the same situation.

Mine are working. I don't know if anyone else has noticed but there are tons of DDOS attacks going on. My systems are all experiencing hundreds of spoofed IP addresses where the fraudster tries to process calls by using the PBX IP address. SNGREP reveals all the Invites being sent and unfulfilled. My system uses white lists but they're getting through enough to send an invite. The system does not respond but the unfulfilled Invites are extensive. This all began about 2 weeks ago and they are proxying through Africa, many Middle Eastern countries, and Northern European countries. Their originating IP is not present in the Invite.

Thanks @kenn10 . BulkVS is seeing the PBX as registered. I can make outbound calls through BulkVS, but all incoming calls are being sent to the alternate PSTN. This is a production level machine very stable. With nothing changed in recent times.

Update: Just opened a ticket.

Please disregard my post. Not a proud moment. A stupid typo on a network mask on the firewall configuration. How it causes this specific failure is still beyond my comprehension, but it's fixed.

It was blocking incoming requests. It wouldn't stop outbound requests unless you had specific outbound rules in place. That's how it would cause this specific failure, bad rule doesn't match traffic gets blocked.
