are these channels stuck open?

I have a phone hooked up to an amp for a paging solution and it has stopped working.
This shows the 500 (paging phone)as an active channel and I can't get it to deactivate.
I have rebooted the phone and an amportal stop and start.
Am I reading this correctly below? the channel is active?

snom 300 hooked into the input of a 60 watt amp. its working now and working really good powering about 50 speakers in a school
