QUESTION ARI -- Messed up Permit/Deny ACL, can't access PBX...

Hi,

Incredible PBX 13-13 on DigitalOcean...

I'm messing with some code accessing ARI; going to put in on the box, but was testing from my dev machine.
In order to give access, I edited the ARI Manager's permit/deny list.

As soon as I did that, my SSL connection dropped and now I cannot get to anything on that box, except
via DO's console.

Why should editing the ARI's permit/deny ACL mess up general access to the box??

If there I can recover by editing a file from the console?
 
Your testing probably generated some logs that made fail2ban think someone was accessing the server maliciously.

Unban your IP from fail2ban, and whitelist it.
 
Thanks Bill. I had just installed the PBX and was using it for a few hours. Weird. Used the add-ip script and all good now. Thanks.
