I'm trying to setup a system for a answering service, and it looks like Vicidial would be best solution. I've looked up instructions for how to install it - but I'm having issues with the PERL CPAN stuff. Does anyone have a better instruction sheet?

I believe I read elsewhere is this forum that PERL CPAN stuff was only for call back (I think) and if you won't be using it you can ignore the error messages.

Hi

We install PERL CPAN for the A2Billing Callback Daemon, whether it is needed for Vicidial, I have no idea.

But if you need to install PERL CPAN, then inspect the install-a2billing callback script in /usr/local/sbin for clues on how I have done it by typing less /usr/local/sbin
