astirisk freez

hi i have pbxinflash FreePBX 2.8.1 and i have 300 extension
And about 2 time a day all the phone (snom)are disconnect from the pbx
We can make call and don’t get line
And I have to run this command to fix it etc/init.d/asterisk restart
Can someone help me ?
