Audio Problem with T1 in T100

Hi,

I'm having very strange audio problem with T1 line.
I install orgasmatron on DELL T100 and TE110P.

All incoming calls via T1 are working good.
All outgoing calls via T1 has one-way audio problem. I can hear but the other person can not hear me.

But, If I call from an IAX2 extension with Zoiper via T1, it works OK. I mean two way audio in outgoing calls is OK with Zoiper and IAX2 extension but not with SIP extension via Zoiper or Phone.
I reinstall from scratch and its the same.

Any idea?
