I have a couple of AudioCodes MP-118s and MP-124s. Here is my issue:
I can connect to the web interface on the network that hosts these devices. I see the login page but when I enter my credentials, I am served up the login page again, with no error. Basically, it clears out the username and password.
When I first saw this behavior, I rebooted the devices, and then I could no longer get to the web interface and the phones no longer worked. I had to do a factory reset on them, login with the default network config and username/password, reload the config files, and I was back to the original behavior: I could not log in. I can get to the login page.
There are a total of 5 AudioCodes on our network, and I can successfully log into 2 of them. I use the same username/password for all of them, and I'm sure that it isn't the issue. I can enter an incorrect password and then I get an error showing that I have the wrong password, but when I enter the proper credentials, I just get served the original login page with no indication of trouble.
I think if we lost power, I'd be back to square one, and I'd have to reflash. Has anyone seen this issue before?
