On my old machine I have a cronjob update7-externip. My external IP is set to the numerical IP.
Do I need to set anything special to have this run on my new machine (other than recreate the cron job)? I'm not sure if there was anything else that was required (and it has been so long). My IP rarely changes, but I'm trying to eliminate all my future problems now.
Oh, and update7-externip isn't on my current install - did this get downloaded? I can copy it from the old machine, but I'm curious if there's now an update[8]-externip.
