Backup/Restore Asteridex

I'm setting up a new box and would like to bring over my Asteridex entries from old one, but I'm not quite sure how to do just that part. I don't want to do a complete restore/backup because I'm hoping to leave a couple problems behind.

If you go into FreePBX, click on phpMyAdmin, and then click on export. It will allow you to export a specific table. When you get your new system setup, you just go into FreePBX, click on phpMyAdmin and then click on import.

Thanks. I also found an old writeup on one of the Asteridex pages which basically said the same thing. Got it up and running on a new VirtualBox install.
