Does anyone know who I can contact high up in this company. I am having a major issue and can not get help from customer support.

No, but go to their web site, then look up the name of the person you want. Email them trying [email protected], or [email protected] or [email protected] and see if any of those works. Most companies use default formats you just need to find the right one. Good luck.

I know a few folks there and met them a few times. They are not the fastest to respond or take care of requests. However the tech support is very responsive when it comes to service issues.
