I'm wondering what the best path is to the latest and greatest Incredible PBX 12. Below is what my system currently has.

I've seen mention of a clean install perhaps being necessary for an older system, but wanted to check if there was a better way. Thank you!

1.7.x to PIAF2, PIAF3, or the soon PIAF4 is definitely going to be a reinstall.
What I'm really curious to know is how in the world you are running CentOS 5.11 on 1.7.5.7. Generally CentOS upgrades break lots of things.
You are running FreePBX 2.11, so there's a chance a FreePBX backup/restore may work if you don't do Incredible but PIAF and restore. Can't do Incredible from a backup as I recall.

Thanks!

I'm actually not sure how I ended up with CentOS 5.11. I must have upgraded some time ago.

My main worry is copying extensions, ring groups, time conditions, and stuff like that. Even if I have to manually add some stuff, is there any easy way to export/import some of those settings? Or am I best off just getting ready to do a lot of copying and pasting? :)

Like I said, there's a chance that the FreePBX backup/restore will work since you're in 2.11 already. I'd spin up a VM of PIAF3 and test it out.
