We recently upgraded our servers to PIAF with asterisk 1.4. We had previously had an asterisk 1.2 box and used an Adomo box for voicemail functionality. Several users have complained that the follow me feature of PIAF is not adequate. With adomo integration, if follow-me was initiated, the caller had a choice to locate the individual or to just leave a message. Also, if the caller chose to locate the person they were calling, when that person answered they were immediately greeted with a message saying who's calling. They didn't have to choose option "3" then listen for the caller ID and then accept the call, which takes too long as by that time the caller's probably hung up anyway. Are there any add-ons or plugin type programs that can enhance the follow me functions to provide similar behavior? I'm doubting there are, but I just wanted to check, thanks.
