TIPS Blacklist based on Caller ID Name?

I'm starting to get phone calls from the Caller ID Name BUSINESSLISTING. They ring once, pause, ring once, pause, etc., anywhere from one to eight rings or so. Each ring shows up as a separate call on the CDR Report. Each time it happens I put the Caller ID Number in the Blacklist, but the incoming number changes from time to time. It doesn't appear that I can block the Caller ID Name in the Blacklist, but is there I way that I can hand code it somewhere?
