asterisk 1.8, asterisk 11, & others. the Blacklist is still broken. get error in asterisk logs.

Many years ago I fixed two typos somewhere in one of the module files where the word
"zapateller" was misspelled in the module. it was spelled as zapteller without the "a" in two
places in the module. I believe I reported it then and it is still broken. I need to know where
to go and fix the two typos so the feature will work. As it is now, the blacklist doesn't work
due to the typo in the module. Please point me and others to the module so we can edit the
mistakes and have a working blacklist!!!!!
