I have some clients that call quite frequently and they would like to just press a key to bypass listening to my voicemail greeting and go straight to leaving a message. Is this already built-in or do I need to make a dial-plan change of some kind?

You can send to VM without the message. So if it is not too much of an administrative headache, send them to an IVR with your chosen greeting message in the IVR. Have an option i that goes to your VM, no message, and an option t that goes to your VM, no message.

Therefore, if any key is pressed (i nvalid) it will skip to VM, and if no key is pressed (t imeout) it will go to the same place after the timeout.
