I have the same recurring problem on holidays and vacation days: I forget that CFC is on.
I have my office desk phone set up to show a BLF status for the CFC. The particular CFC routes all inbound calls on the system to VM when activated. Works great.
The problem is if I'm not there (or late), and I do want to resume calls - a BLF on my desk does me no good. Sometimes I work the entire day without visiting my desk.
What I would like is an email reminder of the extension status. It would be nice to only get the reminder if it is in override. Alternatively, just receiving a message at XX:00 PM each day would be good.
I'm guessing ExtensionStatus is the way to get that information but I'm not knowledgeable enough to make it happen.
