Call Pickup

Hi there,

I have searched the forums for this but no solution yet that works for me. I have a setup with a few extension. When I dial extension to extension, call pickup using **EXTNO works. In other words, ext 10 dials ext 20, and ext 30 is able to pick up that call.

However, this does NOT work for incoming calls from a trunk. I have no idea why. Could anybody shed some light as to where to start looking?
