Call Queues

Can someone either explain or point me to a link on how to setup incoming calls to be put into a que and then automatically sent to available user?
 
One thing that seemed to throw me was the retry and agent timeout. Did not seem intuitive and my original settings caused it to not behave as expected (broke it totally). Try these settings for starters and then adjust to your liking.

fail over destination - set to what ever you prefer
 
Thanks Ward & dghundt...That got me going, however i do have one other question i hope you could help me on. How would i run a macro on that call after it has left the Queue?
