FYI Call records show in Skyetel but not on asterisk CDR

I found 2 calls that show in my CDR on Skyetel but they are not showing on the CDR reports from incredible PBX. Can someone tell me how I can figure out why? I know routing is working because I just placed a call from my cell phone and it went to incredible PBX no problem.
 
Is this inbound or outbound? Was it a completed call? Perhaps you have a filter on your CDR report that is preventing it from showing.
 
@f15radar The calls may have been redirected by our Spam Filter or failed to hit the PBX and played an out of service message. We display CDRs for both of those cases, even though they never hit the PBX.
