I noticed that call from internal or external will be rejected and call will be terminated if follow-me is activated. It works back to normal once disabled. I'm on Incredible PBX 11 upgraded to FreePBX 12.0.5

thanks

Need a log for the call /var/log/asterisk/full. That will show you what happened.

I can't upload a rtf file so here is link hosted on my Office 365 OneDrive where you can view using Word Online. - http://bit.ly/1x1Gowj

This is only for one try at the timestamp calling internally. If you need more, i will have to search. Also, is there a way that i can ftp to download this file?

Did you have follow me pointed at an external number? Was that a number there was an outbound route match to? Did you try putting # at the end of the number?

The log doesn't really show why or how the call was disconnected - not sure if you missed some information.

in follow me, the initial ring is 6s, Ring time 30s and using ringallv2. Only mobile number with a # is in the list.
I have 3 outbound route, this is for local numbers and the number does match.

It was working fine previously till one fine day.
So i tried disabling Custom Context (installed without any configuration). Change trunk in Outbound Route. Still the same result.

Oh, what else did you change from when it was working to when it stopped?

hmm... your question ring a bell. i added a couple of Outbound routes.

There is international and another for Lync Integration.
Both does not have the local dealing rules, length of digit and country code prepend.
Could it be that follow-me is trying to call through these "new" routes?

I'll try to disable the routes and update you.

Yes, it is possible... but that will depend on how similar the calling patterns are structured, particularly if you are doing 'partial matches'.

Also, be aware that when you look at the 'Add Route' page, you will see the order in which the dialing pattern will attempt to find a match, from top of the list towards the bottom. The first match wins the decision. You can move the position of the routes up or down, to change the match order.

here's an update. It's still not working after I delete all and re-create one Outbound route.

I create new extensions too and follow me was enabled by default. I can receive external and internal calls. I can no longer reach the extension after adding a mobile number to the follow me list. My only option is to disable in order to receive calls again.

Anyone having this issue?
