I would like to set a rule to allocate a name to a block of numbers that are from DDI lines, so for example I know any that begin 720-2xxx will be from a particular organisation so if my system gets a call from any number in that range it will display a set name.
I have Superfecta running and Asteridex too. I have tried setting a test rule as a contact name against 720-2* but Asteridex reports the number field cannot be left blank, so it can't like the asterisk.
I am guessing this is likely to be a problem that's really easy to fix, or one that there isn't a straightforward or quick answer to. Can anyone help please?
