NO JOY Caller ID on 2nd call

Running PIAF 20650 with SNOM 710 phones.

So users are asking if I can get CallerID displayed for a call that comes in while they're on the phone.
Users hear the tone, see the green light on "line 2" but caller ID isn't visible.

Snom forums are of little help and I'm not sure if it's a phone "feature" or PIAF.

Any input is appreciated

All set. When on a call and another call comes in one of the buttons up top changes its icon. You hit that icon and it displays CID of the 2nd caller.
