Hello, I am having an odd problem.
All of a sudden one of my inbound numbers is sending my server IP address as the telephone number in the caller ID.
This is only happening on the one inbound number.
Here is the kicker, the calls are still going into the recording folder with the correct caller id.
I use Caller ID Superfecta on both.
In the yealink under callerid it shows
[[email protected]]

on the one where there is the problem

On the other DID where it works it shows (I have changed the number to 555-555-5555 in this post only it actually shows the real number)
[[email protected]]

System used is FreePBX
I have attached the logfile (I have changed the DID to 555-888-8888 and the caller id number to 555-123-1234 just in what I am posting as the actual information is the real numbers)

Try adding the DID _555-888-8888 to the incoming route with the leading underscore

I tried this and it did not work.

This is how the calls show, 192.168.0.190 is my server IP address.

First just to put us on the same page.
Which ipbx cloud or a 'home/office' location; has the pbx gone 'Public' facing ; which incrediblepbx version / asterisk version / freepbx GUI version ??
This is how the calls show, 192.168.0.190 is my server IP address.
So is that how your provider is sending the call on your DID - to clarify is that one of a or b or c below.
(it's easier to show in [c o d e]# <your text>[/c o d e] tags - but no spaces in 'code'. That is to stop the emojies turning up. )
Code:
a) [email protected]
b) 5558888888%40192.168.0.190
or c) %40192.168.0.190

You may need to examine the logs or examine a sip packet capture.
You can look at what the log says
Bash:
##For the last nominal 500 lines of the log use the following command,
## or omit the '-n 500' for just the last 10 lines
tail -n 500 /var/log/asterisk/full
