Hello.

I have a PiaF 1.0 box running beautifully for weeks now. Came across an issue recently. Some of the calls I receive (mostly the clinic I'm registered with), appear as Anonymous, and these calls seem to go directly to an IVR instead of ringin my extensions. The setup is, the AnyCID/AnyDID Inbound route is pointed to a Extension 100, which is setup with Follow Me to Ext 101, 102 and 103. After 20 secs of simultaneous ringing, the call is then presented with an IVR whcih has option to leave voicemail etc. But the particular calls, even though they're PSTN calls to my VoIP to PSTN DID, appear as Asterisk/Anonymous in the CDR, and seem to hit the IVR directly (destination "s"). See the CDR Report:

1. 2007-12-21 14:50:22 SIP/103-0a... 01XXXXXXX "My" <01XXXXXXX> 01XXXXXXX ANSWERED 00:52
2. 2007-12-21 14:47:31 SIP/103-0a... 01XXXXXXX "My" <01XXXXXXX> 643333 ANSWERED 02:40
3. 2007-12-21 14:46:20 SIP/8XXXXX... asterisk "anonymous" s ANSWERED 00:41
4. 2007-12-21 14:35:38 SIP/8XXXXX... 01XXXXXXX "My Office" <01XXXXXXX> 100 ANSWERED 01:06
5. 2007-12-21 14:35:34 SIP/8XXXXX... 01XXXXXXX "My Office" <01XXXXXXX> s ANSWERED 00:04
173.2007-12-18 10:51:41 SIP/8XXXXX... asterisk "anonymous" s ANSWERED 00:25

Any idea why this is happening?

Hi

Would this be on the second call inbound, or when the phone is engaged or offline?

The scenario you describe would be better served with a ring group.
