Calls without CID to IVR

Hello,

In trxbox and the first months with piaf i used to change extentions.conf as is described on: http://www.trixbox.org/forums/trixbox-forums/help/special-ivr-calls-without-caller-id
But after the last running update-scripts last week, i cant find extensions.conf anymore and so i can't send callers without caller id to an ivr.
Does anyone know where i have to change something to make it work again?

Log into your server as root and then...

nano -w /etc/asterisk/extensions.conf

Be aware the FreePBX rewrites this file each time you do a FreePBX update.
