Can’t receive fax

I got running a PIAF purple with incrediblePBX and incredibleFax. I have installed Fax For Asterisk too. If I send a fax to a extension number with fax detection enabled I can receive it and forward it to an e-mail address.
But if I like to receive a fax on a dedicated extension (Custom Destination) it doesn’t work.
On the other hand I can send fax through the Web GUI of AvantFax.

Any advice?

Version? Output of status program? R U using the very latest incredible fax 2.0?

Not sure about running multiple fax systems ie hylafax and digium fax on the same box.
