QUESTION Can anyone help me get rid of this error

  This can result in FATAL failures to your PBX. If the target file exists and not identical, the symlink will not occur and you should rename the target file to allow the automatic sym link to occur and remove this error, unless this is an intentional customization.

Just delete it I think rm -r and then the error

Yeah, you can search and find several solutions on the forum. But basically you just need to delete or rename the file that is specified in the error (/etc/asterisk/queuerules.conf in your situation). Restart and the error should go away.
