TIPS Can PBX in a Flash do this?

I'm thinking of using PBX in a flash for my small business and would like to know if someone could tell me if it can do what I want before I go spend too much time trying to figure out how to do it. When a call comes in I would like it to play a message saying all calls will be recorded. Of course I also do want all calls to be recorded. Then I want it to ring both a desk phone, as well as my cell phone at the same time, then which ever one I answer depending where I am it will connect the caller to that phone. If those phones aren't answered after so many rings then I would like the call transferred to another number. Outside of business hours I would like the call just transferred to a voicemail, and have the voicemail emailed to me.

Can PIAF do this? Is there any guide/guides that I should read to learn how to set this up?

Also as far as providers go, it seems like most providers I've seen give unlimited incoming calls, but what about outgoing calls? I need to be able to make and receive calls from my main number.

Since you plan to push calls to a cell phone, you want a provider that allows you to set your own CID.

IIRC they do, but you have to verify the number by calling a toll free number, and then call customer service and give them the time/date that you called. They will then add it to your account. I did it once, but that was like a year ago and I don't remember the exact process.

Flowroute will also allow you to set up your own callerid (without having to call them).
