Can't call Oregon with Skype gateway

I'm sure this is a very minor issue. I am new to PiaF and a decent troubleshooter. I cannot call with Skype to Area Code 541 and others perhaps, as the server seems to get confused with the start of the dial at *54(I think) and says that the rest of the number is an invalid extension or something. Any help? Is some other dial rule configured in the Incredible PBX with that prefix(*54). I have no trouble dialing every other Area Code in my address book.

Check FreePBX, Setup, Feature Codes and disable anything causing problems. Or change the Skype prefix.
