Can't delete Call Monitor entries

We we're using Call Monitor without issue but now it doesn't give the option to select or delete. The cell that normally has those options is very narrow and has nothing in it. Because we couldn't delete, we started to have some disk space issues so we had to manually delete the /asterisk/spool/monitor wav files.

Still, in Call Monitor it shows all my call entries but gives no options to delete or listen (even for new calls with a .wav file).

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Thanks,

John

I'm actually having the same issue.

I took the easy way out and just removed the entries from the asteriskcdrdb using phpMyAdmin.

Any new call monitor logs show up properly, until I try to remove them. After removing the log entry using the voicemail sign in (menu.php?id=recordings) I end up with an orphaned entry that I can't delete.

I suspect this is being caused by my transfer from an up-to-date PBX in a Flash 1.2 system to an up-to-date 1.4 system. I just used the backup and restore tool.

I suspect that I imported some strange database columns, or maybe some depreciated / incorrect settings...?

I do suspect this is database related, or maybe permission related (apache > mysql?).

Can someone please confirm that the following is the correct database structure for asteriskcdrdb in PIAF version 1.4?

FreePBX
2.5.2.2
Asterisk 1.4.21.2
2.6.18-164.6.1.el5 #1 SMP Tue Nov 3 16:18:27 EST 2009
mysql Ver 14.12 Distrib 5.0.77
Apache/2.2.3

Thanks! Any help is appreciated...I really don't want to do a clean install and rebuild for this little problem.

And, in case this helps, here's what the problem actually looks like...before and after deleting a record.
